Last month, on the 27th and 28th of April 2023, the ALLIES project partners met in
the beautiful city of Craiova, in Romania, for the 3rd Transnational Project
Meeting. This meeting was held and hosted by the project coordinator Universitatea
din Craiova (UCV). Where it was presented the 1st project result, entitled "Teacher
Needs and Perception Analysis of Digital Training" which was developed by
ULisboa-IST and presented by project partner Inês Pires.
This report is a research analysis on digital training methodologies in use and the
needs felt by the
teachers/trainers to improve their knowledge, skills, and competencies on digital
tools in the field of steel structures. We also prepared a project learning activity
where teachers and trainers will be invited to participate in a short-term training
activity about steel structure integrity. The aim of this training is to increase
competence and skills in terms of steel structure integrity using a digital learning
environment. This training will occur at the end of June in Bari, Italy.
